And because birthdays are obviously the perfect excuse for a little treat, we’re celebrating this Thursday at NLS with $5 COOKIES, PIES & SLICES! 🥳🍪🥧

That’s right, EVERYTHING in the cabinet is just $5! So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to treat yourself, this is it!

This will also be your last chance to grab your cookie fix this week, because Mr. Cookie is whisking me away for the weekend (🤞) and we won’t be at Redcliffe Markets this Sunday.

We are at the Redcliffe Markets today from 8am-2pm unless we sell out earlier! We’re just going to pretend the Redcliffe dome not working isn’t a problem and 🤞 pray the rain decides to p-off for the day!

We will have cake stuffed cookies, but after the absolute chaos that was my week, I’m still baking them! They should be ready and available from around 9am (SORRY). Yesterday's mayhem included burning my hand and breaking my fav mug 😭🤣🤦‍♀️

BUT, considering how my week is going, the cookie drop list may be running a little late 🤦‍♀️🤣

I know it’s been a hot minute since we’ve done a “fancy” drink, but you guys are absolutely killing me (in the BEST way 🤣🫶). It’s bloody awesome and I LOVE that you love us, but you’ve also left me with zero time to sit down and come up with new ideas! Cookie flavour ideas are always welcome to!

So, I’ve been watching this whole cold foam trend take off and thought, why would we do a normal one?

I had Sunday off, so naturally instead of relaxing like a normal person, I decided to finally test some ideas I’ve had floating around in my head. 🤣🤦‍♀️

And apparently I’ve lost the plot.

With a gooey filling running through the middle.

Because apparently we weren't doing enough already 🤦‍♀️

This one is a chocolate mud cake stuffed into a Nutella cookie with a Nutella centre!

Sorry, cookie fiends, but we won’t be at Redcliffe Markets this weekend. 🍪😭

Apparently my body has decided it’s had enough of my s**t 🤣

A sinus infection + baking don’t exactly mix (pun intended 🤦‍♀️), and then I went and did my back in BY getting out of bed wrong. 🙄🤣

Apparently that’s all it takes these days. One minute you’re sleeping, the next you’re questioning whether you’ll ever walk normally again. 🤣

So, I’ve decided to actually listen to my body for once and have a rest this weekend.

We’ll be back at Redcliffe Markets next weekend assuming I don’t sneeze and throw a hip out, obviously. 🤣🤦‍♀️
