🎂 POLKADOT IS ONE! 🎂

One whole year. ❤️🇵🇱

It’s hard to put into words what this first year has meant to us.

What started as a dream — an idea to bring the flavours we grew up with to Queensland — became something bigger than we ever imagined. Our little colourful Polish trailer has travelled to incredible places, served thousands of people, survived ridiculously long days, sleepless nights, early mornings, crazy prep sessions… and somehow, here we are. ONE YEAR OLD. 🥹

And what a year it has been.

And to our Polish community — thank you for standing behind us, supporting us, being proud of us and helping us share a little piece of Poland with Australia. 🇵🇱❤️🇦🇺

This year taught us that dreams really CAN come true.

But they don’t come true by themselves.

They come with hard work. Very, very hard work. 😂 They come with sacrifices, mistakes, stress, learning, taking risks, showing up when you’re exhausted and doing it all again the next day.

And then one day you look around and realise…

the hard work is paying off.

People know PolkaDot. People look for our colourful trailer at events. We have customers who follow us from place to place. We’ve been trusted by incredible venues and some of Queensland’s biggest events.

That little dream isn’t so little anymore. 🥹

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built in just 12 months — but even more grateful for every single person who helped us build it.

So today we’re raising a toast to ONE YEAR OF POLKADOT 🥂🎂

To the crazy first year.
To our beautiful customers.
To everyone who believed in us.
To hard work paying off.
To dreams coming true.

And to everything that is still ahead of us… ❤️

Happy 1st Birthday, PolkaDot. 🇵🇱🎂
