Haynes hard at work laying down some serious organic matter by slash mulching the multi species cover crop in the citrus orchard at Haynes Farm . By slashing prior to it reaching maturity the crop will have a chance to regrow so we can repeat the process. Driving close to the trees means we can throw mulch around the drip line reducing evaporation and building soil in the process.

Our highly anticipated organic Sebago potatoes are now available from Morpeth Butchery. get in quick as they won't last long 🥔🥔🥔

We have some Phoenix Park Farm potatoes with Hunter Natural tallow in store the perfect side dish, tallow roasted potatoes 🤤
Potatoes are $10 for 2kgs or $20 for 5kgs and tallow is $9.50 a jar.

On a rainy day it’s a lovely surprise to see the bees hard at work. You can clearly see their little pollen baskets fully loaded with yellow pollen. I think they must be from the sunflowers blooming in the garden.
