My name's James, and I'm the new owner of 19xo. I guess its time to put my face out there.

Many of you know me from my time at Enzos on the beach, and many others from various groups around town. I've been in this industry for over a decade, working both around Australia and internationally. I hope to put my people first approach into every aspect of this new venture.
To everyone who's popped in so far I say thank you for your support, and to those of you who have been waiting to see what we're all about I say come on down and meet myself, and the stellar team behind everything we're doing here.

Proudly crafted right here in Hervey Bay, The Spirit Collective is the Fraser Coast’s first artisan distillery, creating small-batch spirits using local ingredients and plenty of passion.

Behind the bar you’ll find both their Rum and Gin on our shelves—perfect enjoyed neat or as the base of one of our specially curated cocktails.
