Scored a good stuff from Costco last week! 🤭

Saw this Bonne Maman Guava Conserve just for $5!!! A kg for $5 bucks!! How could I get past it? I didn't know how I could make use of it but I knew I could use this jar to make a pretty (giant) matcha latte! 😗😆

So I tried this guava with matcha to see if they would work together! I was so happy with the outcome! This guava conserve has fruit pectins so it's like a thick jammy texture.

I tried to break down the jam with water. Some didn't break down properly but interestingly it made the drink nicer as in you could chew some jelly in the drink. 😌
Alright now I need a way to finish a whole kilo of this guava jam. Any thoughts?
