We are proud to continue the traditions of the world’s great fragrance houses
and source our oils from many different manufacturers in Australia and
throughout the world. Each of our perfumed oils has been subjected to
rigorous testing for fragrance and quality before we accept it as being worthy
of our customers.
Whilst we are unable to reveal the exact ingredients list of our products (we
have been unable to convince our suppliers to share their secrets with us) we
can confidently assure our valued customers that all our oils are of the finest
quality, bottled with pride and care right here in S.E. Queensland. Some of our
oils (for example Patchouli) are, in fact, a completely natural product (100%
essential oil). Others, such as Patchouli Amber, contain a very small
percentage of nature identical oil and are up to 95% natural.
We are sure you will get much enjoyment from these outstanding perfumed
oils and we look forward to continuing the tradition of supplying a quality
product for many years to come.

Spinach and ricotta cannelloni
Ingredients (11)
1 cup (250ml) tomato passata
600g ricotta (low-fat, if desired)
250g frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
1/4 cup (20g) grated parmesan
4 fresh lasagne sheets
3/4 cup tomato passata, extra
1 cup grated low fat mozzarella
1/3 cup (25g) Coles shredded parmesan cheese
Green salad, to serve
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C. Lightly grease a 20cm x 28cm x 4cm-high ovenproof dish. Pour in tomato passata, spreading evenly over base.
Step 2
Place ricotta, spinach, parsley, basil, parmesan, salt and pepper in a large bowl, and mix to combine.
Step 3
Cut each lasagne sheet in half crosswise. Place 1/3 cup of ricotta mixture along length of each lasagne sheet and roll up to form a tube. The mixture should make 8 tubes. Lay tubes side by side in the dish. Spoon over extra tomato passata to coat. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve with salad.
