Our London Dry is one of my personal favourites because it’s such a versatile base.

Some London Dry gins can be quite dominant, but ours is light, fresh and beautifully balanced. You can garnish it to bring out whichever flavours you enjoy most, whether that’s citrus, herbs or something a little more unexpected.

It’s a classic gin, but you can make it completely your own.

We’re on a mission to raise $8,000 for men’s health.Teaming up with our mates at Bakery Hill Distillery to create something pretty special,  our limited-edition Barrel Aged Seven Spice Chai Gin.
And this one is about more than what’s in the bottle.
$40 from every bottle sold will go towards supporting two important causes: The Male Hug and The Man Cave.
Because starting conversations, building connection and making it easier for men to ask for support matters.
Our goal is to raise $8,000, and we’d love your help getting there.

Father’s Day is nearly here, and there are only a handful of bottles left from this very special release.

Created with our friends at Bakery Hill Distillery , our Peated Barrel Aged Seven Spice Chai Gin spent six months resting in peated malt casks, developing layers of warming spice, soft smoke and subtle sweetness.

Only 204 bottles were made, making this a truly limited release for the dad who appreciates something a little different.

And with $40 from every bottle donated to The Male Hug and The Man Cave, it’s a gift with a little more meaning behind it too.

I really have two personal favourites. Orange Squeeze Gin is my 6 pm gin, bright, fresh and perfect for an early evening drink. Then there’s the Seven Spice Chai Gin, which I love poured simply over ice.

Dad and I will be at the Perth Gin Festival from 28–30 August at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, pouring HM Gin and bringing a few special bottles along with us.

This Father’s Day release feels particularly special to me. It brings together two family distilleries: , founded by Andrew’s dad, and HM Gin, which I started alongside my own dad.

Family is at the heart of both businesses, so maturing our Seven Spice Chai Gin in one of Bakery Hill’s peated whisky casks felt like the perfect collaboration.

We made it for the dads, father figures and positive male role models who have shaped our lives, as well as the whisky and spiced spirit lovers looking to try something genuinely different this Father’s Day.

Only around 200 bottles have been made, and a portion from every bottle sold will be donated to a men’s charity.

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and if you’re looking for something a little more special for Dad this year, this might be it.

We created our limited-edition Peated Barrel Aged Seven Spice Chai Gin with Bakery Hill Distillery resting our Seven Spice Chai Gin in peated malt casks for six months.

The result is a beautifully rich, complex gin with warming spice, soft smoke and a subtle sweetness. A bottle made for slow sipping, sharing and gifting.

Only 204 bottles were made, and $40 from every bottle sold is donated to The Male Hug and The Man Cave, supporting men’s wellbeing.

A very special release for Father’s Day, and one we’re incredibly proud of.
