Most days, itā€™s just the two of us here: distilling, bottling, packing orders, testing ideas and occasionally getting in each otherā€™s way.

Running a family business means everyone gets involved in everything, from the still to the final bottle. Seeing HM grow from something we started together into what it is today still feels pretty special.

Dad and I are heading to the Finders Keepers Market at the beautiful Royal Exhibition Building this weekend, 9ā€“11 October!

Last night at Little Black Pig & Sons, Chef David surprised us with something VERY specialā€¦ šŸ“šŸ§

A couple of scoops of their homemade strawberry, raspberry & rhubarb sorbet, drizzled with our HM Pinot Noir Gin.

The verdict? 10/10. Would absolutely eat again. Immediately.

So, if we go a little quiet on socials over the next few daysā€¦ donā€™t worry. Weā€™re just very busy conducting some important research.

Namely, pouring ALL our gins over sorbet to find the winning combinationšŸ˜‚šŸøšŸØ

Our Pink Gin is infused with raspberries and strawberries for a fresh, fruit-forward take on gin.

Bright, juicy and easy to drink, with just enough sweetness from the fruit while still letting the gin shine.

A very good bottle to have on hand as the warmer days roll in.
