Our 2026 Pinot Noir Gin is made slowly by hand using Pinot Noir grapes from Five Vineyard, with 8 weeks of maceration to build that deep colour, rich fruit character and full-bodied finish.

This is our third year collaborating with Five Vineyard, bringing together Victorian grapes and HM’s small-batch gin making in one very special seasonal release.

Bottled at 43% ABV and limited to just 220 bottles, once this year’s release sells out, it’s gone until next year.

Next weekend we’ll be at Adelaide Gin Festival pouring HM Gin all weekend long, and we’d love to see some familiar faces (and meet a few new ones too).

We’ll also be hosting a masterclass where Dad and I will take you behind the scenes of HM Gin, sharing stories from our father-daughter journey, how our award-winning gins are crafted, and of course, plenty of tastings along the way.

Hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes, eight weeks of maceration, three years of refinement, and fewer than 220 bottles made.

HM 2026 Pinot Noir Gin is officially here, a limited-release gin made for red wine lovers and gin devotees.

Crafted with single-vineyard Pinot Noir grapes from FIVE Vineyard and slowly macerated in our award-winning HM London Dry Gin for eight full weeks, this year’s release brings a deeper ruby hue, richer fruit concentration and a beautifully silky mouthfeel.

Bottled at 43% ABV, it stays true to its gin base while carrying the depth and richness of Pinot Noir, making it a more layered take on a wine-based gin.

Serve it in a classic Negroni, over tonic with dill and orange, or enjoy it on the rocks.

Thank you Melbourne from the bottom of our hearts! What an amazing weekend🙏🏼

It was so fun seeing you all love our new Pinot Noir Gin just as much as we do. It was the first time ever, the Chai was out sold. We now have sold 50% of this year’s Pinot Noir Gin, in just 4 days. Crazy!!

Last call 📣 We only have 3 Anise Gins left! Supercharged with aniseed, fennel, star anise, anise myrtle and liquorice root. Dad made this gin for all the anise lovers but mostly his mate Karl who said last year’s batch wasn’t anise enough and of course himself 😉This gin won’t be distilled again until 2027.
