Casa Dulce is a small business with an aspiration of sharing the wonderful sweets of South America. Alfajor (pronounced: al-fah-hor) is a different kind of biscuit. Our recipe originates from our family bakery in Argentina. It’s made with two melt in your mouth cookies joined with a creamy dulce de leche (caramel) in between. These cookies are unlike anything you’ve ever tasted! They are the perfe
