It's about slowing down.

It's about good conversations, laughter that lasts longer than it should, and finding a moment where nobody is checking emails. I mean just check out these lovely people that enjoyed our wines last Saturday!

🥶 It's a little chilly out there... but we're pretty chill here at Ernest Hill.

While we're reaching for an extra layer, our vines are doing exactly what they should be doing this time of year — taking a well-earned winter nap. 🍇💤

The vineyard may look a little bare, but beneath the surface there's plenty happening. Winter is nature's reset button, giving the vines a chance to rest, recover and prepare for another season of producing the wines you know and love.

The kangaroos seem to have the right idea too — find a sunny spot, relax, and enjoy the slower pace of winter. ☀️🦘

So why not do the same? Grab a friend, settle in with a glass of wine, soak up the views and enjoy a little Hunter Valley hibernation of your own.
