Our wines are exclusively handpicked and crafted from the grapes grown on our Pokolbin Estate and adjacent Belebula Vineyards. Our philosophy of wine is to create wines of distinction that easily compliment every day foods. Our multi-award winning boutique style wines are meticulously crafted and balanced yet maintain their elegant structure. Our varietals include Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, and Tempranillo, all of which can be tasted and purchased at our cellar door. The Hunter Olive Centre compliments our wines well, offering a range of succulent gourmet foods and items. Here we offer and promote olives, dips, oils, spreads, chocolates, soaps and candles. Here at Pokolbin we offer a friendly personalised service while still maintaining high levels of sophistication.
