Another 500 native trees have just been planted at Wallis Creek right here in the Hunter Valley, thanks to our ongoing partnership with the wonderful team at 15 Trees 🌱

That brings our total to 4,235 trees planted since we kicked off this partnership back in October 2019 🙌✨

Every case of wine you buy quietly helps plant a tree. Every bottle poured is a tiny vote for healthier soils, restored habitats and a greener environment for the next generation to enjoy. 🌿

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our Assistant Winemaker Tas has been selected for the prestigious 2026 PKF Hunter Valley Wine Show Trainee Judging Programme.

This highly sought after position offers an immersive hands-on experience in the precise art and rigorous structure of regional wine show judging. Designed to develop the next generation of judging talent, the programme provides a vital stepping stone for those looking to shape the future of wine assessment in Australia.
Over the course of the show, Tas will gain invaluable behind-the-scenes insights into how a world-class wine show operates. Her experience will include participating in essential stewarding duties to understand the logistics of the show, followed by engaging in selected class judging to hone her evaluation skills.

Best of all, she will receive direct mentorship from the esteemed Chair of Judges, Toni Paterson MW, alongside some of the industry’s most senior panel judging members.
