Meet Rosato di Jupiter — a Hunter Valley rosé with a story to tell.

As the first w**ery to plant Sangiovese in the Hunter Valley, Tintilla Estate discovered that this Italian grape variety makes a beautiful rosé.

The name Rosato di Jupiter combines the Italian word for rosé, rosato, with a nod to the meaning behind Sangiovese, often associated with the “blood of Jupiter”.

Made from an earlier-picked Sangiovese harvest, this refreshing rosé has an alcohol content of 12.5%, allowing its vibrant fruit flavours to shine. Expect delicious red berry notes of strawberries and cranberries, complemented by delicate hints of watermelon.

Light, fruit-forward and wonderfully refreshing, it's the perfect w**e to enjoy on a sunny afternoon.

What makes the Hunter Valley special is the individuality of its vineyards. 🍇🍷

Unlike regions known for vast stretches of the same grape varieties, the Hunter Valley is home to many smaller vineyards, each bringing its own character and approach to w**emaking.

At Tintilla Estate, that individuality is part of what makes every w**e interesting. Each vineyard has its own qualities, allowing w**es to be crafted with a distinct sense of place rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

The roses are blowing and it's a beautiful time of year here in the Hunter Valley vineyards.

Often overlooked in favour of Shiraz, Merlot is a beautiful red variety with plenty to offer. 🍷

Grown at the top of the hill at Tintilla Estate, this Hunter Valley favourite showcases ripe cherry and plum flavours, complemented by rich notes of chocolate, caramel and a subtle earthy character from oak ageing.

With its smooth, slightly drier style and generous warm-climate fruit, Tintilla Estate’s Merlot is a red worth discovering.
