At Pepper Tree, we pride ourselves on growing grapes in some of Australia’s best winemaking regions. The climates and soils of our four estates create unique flavours in the wines they produce. Since the Hunter Valley estate was founded in 1991,

our commitment to producing excellent wines has never wavered. As we’ve added vineyards beyond our original home in the Valley, we’ve applied the same stringent conditions to finding the perfect land every time. 2025 Single Vineyard Venus Chardonnay 🍾

800 metres up, on a south-east facing block in Orange — this is where the Venus Block Chardonnay begins.

The altitude does something specific. It holds the acidity, slows the ripening, builds fruit intensity without weight. Lemongrass, white peach, a soft thread of vanilla. 🍑

Halliday: 96 points. Shanteh Wale called the 2024 "the most refined Venus Block yet."

A fitting pour in the week of International Chardonnay Day. 🥂🎉😋

Our Orange Chardonnay has drive and length. 🥂😋

Our Hunter Chardonnay is rounder, with more texture. Two regions, two quite different wines, both worth opening today.
