What a beautiful day. Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by to see us today. It started out with rain and doubts but quickly turned into sunshine and taste testing!

We met so many lovely people, had some great chats and also got to meet some pretty wonderful fellow stallholders. Days like today really remind us why we love doing this.

We hope you’re all heading home and enjoying your sourdough, focaccia, muffins and all the other goodies!

We put a lot of thought into what goes into our food. Organic flours, local ingredients, long fermentation and nothing unnecessary. We want to make the kind of food we’re happy to feed our own family, and we love that more and more people are looking for the same thing.

Thank you for supporting a small local bakery, for caring about what goes into your food and, most importantly, for buying enough bread that we didn’t have to bring it all home with us!

We hope you love it. See you again next weekend!
