Escape the winter chill this weekend and step into our heated indoor sandstone barrel room on Palmers Lane for two incredible nights of live, acoustic music, premium wines, and chef-run street food.

Friday, June 19th: Tim Usher is bringing the ultimate cozy acoustic vibes to kick off your weekend right.
🎤 Saturday, June 20th: Sammie Crossle takes the stage to sound-track your Saturday night dinner.

- Cozy indoor barrel room dining with roaring heaters
- 5 chef-run food trailers serving up fresh winter menus (Stoked BBQ, Cranky Frankies, Fiano, Native & Cinnamon Cloud Cakes)
- Full bar stacked with Hunter Valley wines, Grainfed beers, and Earp premixes
- Family-friendly and dog-friendly (outdoors)

Doors swing open at 5:30 PM both nights. Entry is completely free, but tables fill up fast!

Think the whole Entwine experience is tied down to one single spot? Think again! While our weekend evening Food Hub lights up the night on Palmers Lane, our daytime Food Trail actually spans across our pocket of the Hunter Valley to showcase 4 distinct, boutique wineries.

3. Ask for the Entwine food & wine tasting at each stop.
4. Collect a loyalty card at your first stop, get it stamped at each trailer, and receive a reward when you complete the full trail!

There is nothing quite like live acoustic music bouncing off the wine barrels to make a winter night feel instantly warmer. If you’re heading to the Hunter Valley this weekend, skip the basic dinner reservations and head straight to the Entwine Food Hub on Friday and Saturday night.

Just popping in to let you know that this weekend is the last chance to try our current Entwine Food Hub menu before we change things up.

Beautiful afternoon here in the Hunter! Hope everyone is staying dry and having a lovely, relaxing start to the weekend.

Just a quick heads-up for anyone looking for some local plans tonight or tomorrow. For those who haven't stumbled across us yet, we run Entwine Food Hub over at Calais Estate in Pokolbin. We are a relaxed evening hang-out where we bring our chef-led food trailers together in one spot, alongside local wines, craft beers, and great tunes. Don't worry about the weather, we have the firepit crackling and the barrel room warmed up, so it's nice and cozy regardless!

Tonight (Friday), we’re hosting an Open Mic Night from 5:30 pm to around 9:30 pm. Whether you want to sing a few tracks, test out some new material, or just sit back with a plate of street food and support our local musos, we’d love to have you.
