We caught up SA icons Vili's for a keg-only limited-release, and it’s sweet as they come...

The specialty ale takes inspiration from their beloved Vanilla Slice and was hand-crafted on our five hundred litre District kit.

A blend of malted barley, oats, and wheat give it a righteous toffee hue, and a barrage of biscuity notes.

You’ll score vanilla and coconut too (thanks to post ferment additions), and a hint of candied passionfruit late.

Available on tap at Pirate Life Port Adelaide and Pirate Life South Melbourne from Wednesday + The District at SkyCity from Friday.

The Pirate Life x St Agnes Distillery collab is in its fifth year, so we’re celebrating with this limited-release porter.

It spent six months ageing on XO brandy casks, in which time, characters from the spirit-soaked oak were gifted to the beer.

Additions of coconut enhance the offering, resulting in an indulgent medley of cocoa, marzipan, and spice.

Crafted with premium malts and noble hops, this lager was cold fermented and naturally carbonated for brilliant clarity and a smooth, refined mouthfeel.

Our fourth collaboration with the legends at Canyon Brewing™ is bold where it needs to be and effortless where it counts...

Brewed on a lean base of pilsner, wheat, and Vienna malts, this IPA scored generous additions of Motueka, NZ Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin - all sourced from Garston Hops (the world’s lowest-latitude hop farm).

We fermented it cold using our 34/70 lager yeast, a considered call to keep things tight and bright. You’ll get grapefruit, passionfruit, and well-integrated bitterness from every sip.
