Hamish and Dennis chat about Dead Straight, our brand-new collaboration brew. The two are old chums, so crafting this beer felt fitting - especially cause it connects our great states.

As for the liquid, itā€™s bright, fresh, and full of hoppy charm - but theyā€™ll tell you about that. Oh, and if you taste berries, be sure to let Dennis know.

The second release in our Hop Harvest series keeps the spotlight firmly on - you guessed it - hops. Yep, this NEIPA hits with three iconic strains, and weā€™re all about it...

Sourced from in Oregonā€™s Willamette Valley, the Citra is stacked with fruitā€‘forward monoterpenes, with Amarillo and Cashmere supporting a highly aromatic offering.

Juicy flavours follow suit - think ripe mango and citrus with lifted notes of resin and pine. A solid malt base gives these newā€‘season hops plenty of room to shine, and thatā€™s aā€‘ok with us.

Feeling stoked and humbled to be named Champion Large Australian Brewery at this yearā€™s AIBAs. Taking it out amongst such quality competition is unreal, and weā€™re still smiling.

Since 2014, weā€™ve brewed the beers we love to drink, and having them recognised on this scale means a lot. To think itā€™s ten years to the day since we took home Champion Small Brewery - what a journey.

Like every other passionate producer out there, we sweat the oneā€‘percenters, thrive on consistency, welcome innovation, and have a hell of a time doing it. Quality beer is our life - and thatā€™ll never change.

Massive shout out to our amazing team, our punters, and our peers - this one hasnā€™t gone to our heads, itā€™s gone to our hearts, and thatā€™s definitely worth a cold one. Maybe a Mosy...

Crafted by two proud breweries at either end of the Nullarbor, this West Coast IPA raises a tin to the iconic 90-mile stretch of highway between Balladonia and Caiguna.

And just like the road, itā€™s as straight as they come.

Built on a base of Australian Pilsner Malt and Golden Promise, itā€™s been generously hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic - plus a dose Riwaka Amplifire hop oil for good measure.

Expect a razor-sharp mouthfeel, aromas of stone fruit and resin, and a sturdy mid-palate bitterness from this limited-release brew.

This fresh AF West Coast IPA is the first in our three-part Hop Harvest series ā€“ a trilogy that heroes our latest parcel of hops out of the US.

Harvest in the States begins in September and lasts for several weeks, during which time our crew selects varietal ā€˜lotsā€™ that weā€™ll brew with the following year.

Hops (much like grapes) grow best within narrow climatic bands and respond intensely to seasonal conditions. Each yearā€™s crop becomes a snapshot of the environment that produced it.

This beer showcases three of our favourite strains.

Centennial in the whirlpool and kettle gives us melon, citrus, and a hit of myrcene-driven pine, while dry hop additions of Citra and Cashmere offer complex tropical and stone fruit aromas.

Thereā€™s subtle dank undertones in there too, all blending nicely atop a snappy malt base.
