What an epic start to Lucky Dumpling Market ‘26! Celebrating food, bevvies, and culture, right in the heart of Adelaide. How good.

We’re stoked to be the event’s Official B**r Partner - the bar is stocked up and ready to go, so stop in and grab a cold one from the crew.

Hot tip: South Coast goes great with gyōza. Just saying.

For the Love of Haze: B**r Dinner Series 🍻

Join Dennis (Head Innovation Brewer) and Matty O (Brand Manager) for an evening of hopped-up hedonism as we showcase our love of hazy b**rs.

You’ll score four pours (including three brand new releases) and a bespoke three course menu, all while getting up close and personal with some of our favourite ingredients.

We’ll be running two ‘For the Love of Haze’ sessions – one in Port Adelaide and one in South Melbourne. See below for deets:

Celebrated for their crispness and drinkability, Japanese La**rs are a fave amongst the PL Crew. It’s been a minute between batches, and this one’s tasting the goods.

Pale specialty malts lend hay-like hues and a tight finish, while the W-34/70 L***r yeast pulls it all together.  

You’ll get floral hop aromas, with lifted notes of water cracker and honey. To drink, it’s fresh and snappy – like all good la**rs should be.

A hefty malt bill pairs with copious hop additions for a dope haze and aromas of lychee & peach.

You can’t wipe the smile off this guy’s face... even on his last day. Rocky joined the crew in 2019, which officially qualifies him for ‘OG’ status. He was inducted (loosely) at 89 South Road before diving deep into a Head Chef role in the Port: custom toasties, charcuterie boards, and a whole lotta mayhem.

In the following years he slung top tier dishes from our b**r garden food truck before finally scoring a kitchen – which he helped design from the ground up. Yep, Rocky’s a cracking chef, but he’s way more than that to us.

Thank you for always being yourself, for dishing up havoc and heart in equal parts, and for leading unapologetically from the front. You’re a true Pirate, mate, and we love you for it ❤️
