Producing the highest quality oyster by sustainable aquaculture, we aim to return the Australian angasi native oyster to its historical prominence both on the menu and maintaining a pristine marine environment. The Australian Food Awards, Best in Class award recognised the premium quality of The Oyster Province angasi native oysters - gold medal standard and best mollusc.

Steve locking the intertidal lines back into the 'artificial intertidal zone' after removing and reloading the packs on the rafts, with a load of pacific oysters ready to let nature do its work. As you can see in these oysters the air drying, wave action and sunshine help the oysters to fatten and their shells and abductor muscle strengthen ready for market.
