MEAL READY TO COOK!
An adaptation or interpretation of a BEEF RENDANG curry, imma call it BENDANG
A carefully crafted rendang curry paste (as traditional as I can make it), beef stock and coconut cream all ready to slap in a pot and cook away!
All beef, slivered onion and some chopped potatoes (not traditional but bad luck that’s what I like)
Warming spices, nutty and sweet this curry will have you fighting for more! (Let it get thick and caramelise, BENDANG isn’t a “wet” curry)
Serve on steamed jasmine rice!

PAN READY CHICKEN CURRY! 🍛 🐓
An old school Australian curry with a modern edge!
Let us do the prep and your slow cooker do the hard bit!

What you’ll need to do
- remove your slow cooker and knock the cobwebs off it
- dump your bag of pan ready chicken curry in
- set it on high for 5-6 hours (until veg is falling apart and the chook is tender)
- add a splash of cream to take the edge off the spice (if you are so inclined) OR (pro tip from a bloke in the know) thin the curry out with some milk and then thicken it with Maggi rich brown gravy for that god tier mild savoury curry flavour! (Makes a good pie filling too)
- serve ya 🐥 on rice or mash, make it into a pie or eat it on toast!
