The crew at Kuti Shack sure know how to showcase the best of South Australian seafood! Always a pleasure supplying our blue swimmer crabs to these legends, love seeing it all plated up! 👌🏼💙🌊

How good does this look!! After a hit of golf I’ve headed to the in Goolwa.. Vanessa is the owner and check out the spread.. amazing oysters from Coffin Bay, Coorong Carp dumplings and blue swimmer crab from the Spencer Gulf.. yum.. it’s situated right on the beach perfect spot 👍

It was great catching up with 'The Fish Girl' at this year's Seafood on Spencer! We've been following her journey for a while and admire her dedication to promoting the seafood industry 🐟🌊

For those unfamiliar - The Fish Girl is Umar Nguyen a chef, entrepreneur, and influencer passionate about Australian seafood. Through her platform she educates chefs and consumers about sustainable seafood practices, reducing waste and making use of underutilised fish species. She also runs Platinum Providore, connecting fishers with top chefs to enhance their knowledge and creativity with seafood products.
