What an incredible Moffat Pty Ltd Masterclass 🐟

prestonfreshseafood took us through a whole fish breakdown to get the perfect Sashimi from scratch.

Guests enjoyed delicious Ōra King Salmon & Spencer Gulf Kingfish and Yellowfin Tuna sashimi alongside a guided Sake tasting by KOI Bar & Restaurant • Japanese Fusion Cairns — each paired to complement the fish.

All set on the beautiful Harrisons Restaurant deck with a backdrop of the Port Douglas Beachfront Resort pools ✨
