About Us
Situated in the heart of the beautiful Port Elliot, Affamata is dedicated to delivering exceptional food, a welcoming atmosphere, and premium quality coffee to locals and visitors alike. We take pride in our craft and are looking for a skilled, passionate Experienced Barista to champion our coffee and maintain our high standards of quality.

What You’ll Do
* Craft premium coffee with speed, consistency, and exceptional texturing and latte art.
* Dial in the grinder and manage extraction variables throughout the day to ensure peak quality.
* Manage a busy workflow efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized machine and bar workspace.
* Provide warm hospitality, engaging with our community.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience working as a barista.
* Deep understanding of coffee chemistry, including grind adjustment, shot extraction, and milk texturing.
* Reliability and punctuality to handle busy coastal rushes, including weekends and holiday periods.
* A pride in your work that aligns with our commitment to serving only the best quality.
