As we prepare to close our doors this Sunday, we encourage anyone who has a valid gift card & would like a refund to come to the admin office between 10am and 4pm before this Friday the 27th of March or email [email protected]

No refunds will be available after the 27th of March as we will be focussing on our last weekend of service then gates closed from the 30th of March.

As we prepare to close at the end of March, we’re clearing our remaining wine stock. All wines are available at 50–60% off, while stocks last.

If you’re local, we invite you to drop by and purchase a box from the Teakle Wines Office Warehouse. We’re open Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm, and weekends from 12pm to 4pm. Please note, click and collect is not available.

If you’re further afield, this is also a great time to stock up online, with all orders delivered directly to you.

Over the past ten years our amazing team has created something truly special – serving incredible food and producing award-winning wine.

But now it’s time for this chapter to come to an end and we’re sad to share that our winery, cellar door and restaurant will close at the end of March.

Running a boutique vineyard and chef-hatted restaurant in a remote location takes an enormous commitment, especially when we’ve set ourselves such high standards. Therefore, I’ve made the very hard decision to call time on Teakle Wines and Line & Label after a decade of achievement.

There’s nothing we would have done differently. I’m so proud of our team and the timing of this means we’re going out on a high. We recently won our seventh chef hat and it’s been a bumper summer. It’s just the right time.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful staff, customers and suppliers for being a massive part of our success. People have always been at the heart of our story and we couldn’t have done it without you.

March 29 will be our last trading day. We’d love to host you one last time and will be finding ways to celebrate, share stories and raise a glass together.

If you have a gift voucher you can book into the restaurant or purchase wine before we close. For any that can’t make it in to see us, we’ll be offering full refunds. Please contact [email protected] with any inquiries and our team will be happy to assist.

Veraison has started in our Shiraz blocks here in Port Lincoln.

This is the stage where the berries begin changing from green to deep purple, signalling the shift from growth to ripening.

From here, things move quickly, with colour change spreading across the vineyard as we edge closer to harvest.

Moments like this set the tone for the vintage ahead, shaped by our coastal climate and the season conditions in the vineyard.
