🌙 New Moon Blessings, beautiful community.
As we welcome this New Moon, I’m sending love from our beautiful oceanside home on the Eyre Peninsula.
Yesterday, our community celebrated 10 years of Coastal Care, with around 180 people coming together to plant trees at Puwanna (Greenly), a special place where many of us surf, walk, gather, and connect. It was heartwarming to spend the day caring for the coastline alongside so many people who love this place.
I enjoyed watching members of our community surf, sharing time with loved ones, and being outdoors amongst the fresh winter air.
Last night, I attended a beautiful candlelit Yin Restoration session at .wellness.studio.ep by with my daughter-in-law here in Port Lincoln. Surrounded by women, we settled into stillness and rest through a gentle Yoga Nidra meditation. It was a lovely reminder of the importance of slowing down and creating space to simply be.
As we enter this new lunar cycle, I am feeling grateful for community, connection, nature, and the changing seasons.
Wishing you all a gentle, nourishing, and abundant New Moon.
Blessings,
Ngahuia 🌿🤍
