# # UPDATE # #
As many of you know we are currently building our dream home in Port Macquarie. The house is coming together and almost there. ( its loooking so good 👌) the kitchen goes in tomorrow, then paint, tile, finish off, and voilà. We hope to be in by mid September🤞. The concretor is set to pour our pad out the front of our property soon and Our food truck will be set up semi-permanently for trade on the pad.
We will also offer other food trucks to use our pad on occasion.
And yes, we will be back to making coffee again. ☕️Coffee machine is on order. We will use the same coffee that we used in our old cafe called
"O Espresso".
As we both dont drink coffee, we are told it tastes great and Sharin makes a really nice, hot coffee.
Our Coffee will only be available when the truck is parked up on the block, we won't be going mobile with our coffee.
On the mobile side of things, we will have the luxury of picking and choosing what events/ markets we will be doing.
We dont exactly know what days we will be open yet, as we dont want a 7day a week business. Been there, done that, for over a decade.
We will look for suggestions on what days you would like us open. Hours of trade will be split throughout the day, ie mornings for tradies and school runs for coffee, B&E rolls, hot food, bubble tea etc, and afternoon times, whether it be lunch or schools out times. This is TBC...
Deliveries into Taree will continue once per week. We are also thinking about a website, so you can pre order and not wait around, almost like a drive through as you navigate the traffic of Port Macquarie. We are located on John Oxley Dr.
Perfect spot to stop and grab your food/drink off choice.
