Day 3 into Oktoberfest at Mooreb**r Brewing Co. and Port Macquarie has already put away OVER 100KG OF MEAT! 🐷🐮

That’s 100 kilos of brisket, chicken, and pork gone to a better place. 😂

And the first PUB DADDY’S BBQ Oktoberfest Platter has just hit the table! 🔥

Low & slow smoked meats, German-style sausages, sauerkraut, creamy potato salad, slaw, giant pretzels, pretzel bites and plenty of sauce to get stuck into.

Basically… Oktoberfest, but with a little more smoke. 😏🔥

We’re taking over the kitchen at Mooreb**r Brewing Co. This Thursday to Sunday with the full Oktoberfest menu!

Smoked meats, bratwurst, pretzels, German sides, b**r cheese and plenty of Mooreb**r finding its way into the food. 🍻🔥

And yes… THE OKTOBERFEAST! is happening. 😳

It’s also the last week of the NSW school holidays, so we’re opening from 12pm Thursday through Sunday and finishing Oktoberfest properly.

🔥 PUB DADDY BBQ is taking over the kitchen all week with a full Oktoberfest-inspired menu — bratwurst, smoked brisket, pulled pork, pretzels, German sides and plenty of Mooreb**r Festbier worked into the menu.

After a little unexpected time off the tools thanks to a grinder, a leg and a very poorly planned relationship with the wife's pool build… 😂

Wow... we honestly didn't expect the response we received this weekend.

What started as an attempt to move some leftover BBQ after the Art Walk turned into a complete sell-out! 🥹❤️

To every single person who ordered a family pack, shared our post, tagged a mate, bought buns, sent a message or simply supported our small business – THANK YOU.

As a small local BBQ business, your support means more than you know. Every late night tending the smoker, every early morning prep session and every kilogram of meat we cook is worth it when we see the support from this amazing community.

A special thank you to everyone who reached out after we sold out. We were absolutely blown away by the number of messages we received.
