We're searching for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team!
Duties include:
- Welcoming customers, taking their orders and handling payments
- Preparing a range of fresh drinks including smoothies, coffee, juice & bubble tea
- General cleaning and stock management duties
- Supervisor duties including employee management, opening & closing of the shop
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Friendly, outgoing manner & willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Confident communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Leadership/management experience is desired
- Barista experience highly desired
This is a casual position for 3 days a week, with regular days intended.
