Gourmand Ingredients offers a great range of foods from around the globe and Australia . If you like Thai, Indian, Malay, Japanese, Korean and gourmet products we stock them. We also stock Australia iconic brands such as Tetsuya, Simon Johnson, Maggie beer, Herbies, T2, Pukara oils and the list goes on. In our chiller, our most popular lines are Kimchi, Scottish Black Pudding, White Anchovies, Fre

sh Rice and Egg Noodles, including Korean Rice Sticks, Horseradish, Toum Garlic sauce, Bulk Miso paste. We have an aisle just for Gluten Free as well as bulk flours, nuts, seeds, cereals, and dried fruits. We focus on quality, service, product knowledge,and a genuine interest in servicing our customers to the best of our abilities.

I just wanted to take a moment to say a very heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful Gourmand Ingredients customers.
Over the past few months, I have received so many beautiful messages, well wishes, flowers, hugs and kind words from you all. I honestly cannot put into words how much they have meant to me. ❤️
Every time someone has taken the time to ask how I’m going, send a message, drop in to see me, or simply give me a hug, it has given me another little bit of inspiration and strength to keep fighting.
There have certainly been some tough days, and I know it is going to take a while before I am able to get back to being fully on board at the shop like I used to be. But knowing that so many of you are thinking of me and cheering me on has made such a difference.
Gourmand Ingredients has always been about more than just food. Over the years, our customers have become part of our Gourmand family, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such a caring and supportive community around us.
So from the bottom of my heart…
Thank you for every message, every hug, every bunch of flowers and every kind word. 🌷💚
You have given me more encouragement than you probably realise, and it has inspired me to keep fighting and looking forward to getting back to the shop and seeing you all again.

A Little Update from Us 💚💙

Just a little update for our wonderful Gourmand Ingredients customers.

Due to Lyn’s ongoing medical arrangements, we’ll be closing from 12 noon on Thursday 27 August and will reopen Saturday 29 August.

The good news is that Lyn is looking up, staying positive and is ready to come home! ❤️

I’ll be heading down to RPA to pick her up and, hopefully, bring her home to Port Macquarie where she belongs.

It’s been a challenging few months for both of us, and we really do appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness and understanding while we navigate our way through it all.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back in the shop on Saturday.

A Personal Update from Gourmand Ingredients 💚💙
We would like to take a moment to explain the short-term closures and changes you may have noticed at Gourmand Ingredients over the past few months.
Lyn has been in and out of hospital as we have been dealing with an ongoing medical condition that has required a significant amount of our time and attention. This has unfortunately meant that, on occasions, we have had to close the shop at short notice so we can be there for her and attend medical appointments and hospital visits.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience these closures may have caused, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
The good news is that Lyn is looking up. She is responding positively to her new medications, and we are hopeful that things will continue to improve. ❤️
You may also notice Lyn wearing a PICC line with a small pump attached when you see her at the shop. This is part of her specialised medication treatment, which is administered continuously, 24 hours a day. Please don't be alarmed when you see it — it is an important part of her treatment, and she is learning to manage it as part of her everyday life.
There may still be times over the coming weeks and months when we need to make short-notice changes to our trading hours while we balance running the shop with Lyn’s medical care. During this period, you may also notice that some products are temporarily out of stock. We are doing our best to keep our shelves full, but sometimes our ability to place and collect orders is affected by medical appointments and hospital visits.
We ask that you please bear with us during this difficult and uncertain time. We are doing everything we can to keep Gourmand Ingredients operating and continue providing the products and service you have come to expect.
Thank you to all our wonderful customers for your patience, kindness, understanding and continued support. It genuinely means a lot to both of us.
