A good piece of seafood doesn’t need a shopping list as long as your arm.
In winter especially, some of the best combinations are usually already in your kitchen – lemon, butter, garlic, herbs, capers, olive oil, a splash of white wine, whatever veg is in the fridge, maybe a chunk of bread or some mash on the side. Start with excellent produce, keep it simple, and dinner usually takes care of itself.
