A fair bit of the barra sold here is actually imported, so where your fish comes from is always worth asking about. Knowing its origin tells you how it was farmed, the standards it was raised to, and how far it's travelled to reach you.

We spotted this over on Australian Sustainable Barramundi and it got us thinking 🤔... if you asked Scott which way he'd flavour his , we already know the answer: Thai, every single time. 🌶️

It's his fave because barramundi takes to those big, punchy Thai flavours beautifully. But on occasion he might be tempted by something Mediterranean… and let's not forget his barra tacos, so Mexican's firmly in the mix too. It's a tough choice, really!

The truth is, there's no wrong way to spice a barra. So which one would you pick? Tell us!
