Seed Catering and Events is the newest edition to the Port Macquarie hospitality scene launched in October 2016 by dynamic duo, Chef William and his wife Danielle Edwards – a couple who thrive on adventure, travel and international flavours. They will inject new style and energy to the Port Macquarie event scene. Will has a natural ability to sculpt great produce into flavour packed, beautifully
presented dishes. Danielle, has a strong creative energy to add character, colour and style into any special event theme and together they thrive on delivering top quality, food and service to event for 10 to 6000 people. Their experience in special events includes backstage at groovin the moo and stereosonic music festivals, boutique cocktail parties for Chanel and David Jones, corporate events for BHP and Delloites, high end wedding extravaganzas and large scale sporting events, including 6 Port Macquarie Ironman events. This innovative young team are already planning a great range of special events for Port Macquarie kicking off with a regular international food market, seed@thecourthouse, at the historic Court House, on Friday nights starting on November 25. And, they are ready to cater to Weddings, Christmas Parties and Corporate Corporate events.
