2026 Seasons Spring Rosé 🌸

Consistently one of our most popular w**es, we have released our 2026 vintage ahead of schedule, due to our 2023, 2024, and 2025 vintages all selling out within the last 12 months.

Notes of strawberry, red cherry, and rose petal. Savoury, with a crisp acidity. Mirrors the subtle complexity of the 2024 vintage, as it also is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Méthode Traditionelle Blanc de Blanc

Our #1 w**e is back in stock, and is as beautiful as ever.

Fresh lemon, green apple, rockmelon, a hint of biscuit, with a fresh finish and vibrant mousse.

The Chardonnay grapes were very gently and precisely pressed, to maintain the integrity of the juice. This keeps the delicate colour, minimises tannins, whilst ensuring the best flavours with a smooth profile. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks, to retain the purest flavour expression.
We allowed the w**e to mature in bottle for extended time on lees, to enhance the complexity, creaminess, and notes of biscuit.

Now available: 2026 Seasons Spring Rosé 🌸

We took inspiration from the success and style of the 2024 vintage, by blending Cabernet Sauvignon with our usual variety of choice, Sangiovese, to deliver a complex yet still light Rosé.

Due to our 2023, 2024, and 2025 vintages all selling out in the last 12 months, we have released this w**e 2 months early, as to maintain the availability of our Seasons Spring Rosé.
Club Cassegrain members will receive this w**e as a part of their upcoming New Releases pack in August.

You can enjoy this w**e in our Restaurant or Cellar Door. To purchase, it is available online, over the phone, or in our Cellar Door.

Marking the beginning of more sunlight with each passing day, it’s the perfect day to enjoy our brightest w**e. Our new Stone Circle Solstice White is a sweet addition to our range of w**es, with flavours of pear, pineapple, and apple.
It is now available to try in our Cellar Door and Restaurant.
