Hola!! A little weekend treat from En Casa Bakes 🤍

I have a small batch of sweet treats ready to go, with FREE local delivery around Port Macquarie on Saturday 16 May, 10-11am:

- Mixed alfajores box: 2 traditional alfajores, 2 milk chocolate and 2 dark chocolate & raspberry. $40 per box.

- Dessert Tasting Box: 25 mini bites of 5 different desserts. $75 per box.

Two spots still available for the Alfajores Baking Workshop on Saturday, 18 April, 10am to 1pm at Cantine Collective in Port Macquarie.

It's a 3-hour hands-on class where you'll learn to make four alfajores recipes from scratch, including traditional, apple crumble, alfa-brookies and alfacookies, all filled with dulce de leche.

Beginner-friendly, small group, and you go home with a box of everything you baked.

Looking for a sweet school holiday activity? 🧁

I’m hosting a Kids Cupcake Decorating Workshop, where little bakers will colour buttercream, learn piping techniques, and decorate 4 cupcakes to take home.

While they decorate, one parent/carer can enjoy a relaxed wine tasting 🍷 at beautiful Cassegrain Wines.

Everything is included, and spots are kept small so the class feels fun and guided.
