Supporting our retailers goes beyond simply putting products on shelves.

Tomorrow I'm heading to Health and Wellness Store to meet with the passionate and considered owner behind the store. Derya is incredibly particular about the products she sources and the reasons she chooses them, which I really respect.

I can't visit every stockist, but building genuine relationships wherever I can has really mattered to me. Retailers and customers aren't just account numbers or orders. They are real people and I want them to feel confident in our products, our supply and the support they receive from us.

You can find out Natural Beef Bone Broth Concentrate and Turmeric and Ginger Bone Broth at Organic Instinct, and we are organising some in store tastings so you can come in and try them for yourself.

More details soon.

When was the last time you looked forward to scrambled eggs?

This is my kind of brunch.

Not because it's fancy. Not because it took ages.
Because a few really good ingredients are all you need.
This morning it was: • Mushrooms cooked in olive oil • Fresh tomatoes • Four eggs • Celtic sea salt • A generous spoonful of our Fermented Chilli.

That's it.

Our Fermented Chilli isn't made to overpower your food. It's there to bring everything to life. Rich, savoury, just the right amount of warmth, and made with ingredients I'm proud to feed my own family. (NO SEED OILS)!

Real food doesn't need a long ingredient list. It just needs good ones.

What's your go-to five-minute brunch?

Nobody hands you a manual when you become a mum.

One day you're handed this tiny human, and suddenly you're expected to keep everyone alive, remember everything, and somehow still function on broken sleep.

The house needs you. The kids need you. Work needs you. Everyone needs a piece of you.

Being needed in every direction, 24/7. A hundred tabs open in your brain. Remembering everyone's everything while nobody remembers yours.

Somewhere along the way, running on empty starts to feel normal.

But stress isn't just a feeling. It shows up in your sleep, your energy, your gut, your patience. It quietly chips away until you realise you're surviving, not really living.

The good news?

It doesn't have to be one huge life overhaul.

There doesn't need to be a retreat, a perfect morning routine, or hours you don't have.

Sometimes it's the smallest changes that make the biggest difference.

A warm cup of broth before your coffee.

An earlier night when you can.

Asking for help instead of trying to carry it all.

Five minutes that are actually yours.

Small things, done consistently, can help you feel like yourself again.

If you're the mum holding everyone else together while running on empty, start with one small change.

Maybe tomorrow morning, it's simply a warm cup in your hands. 🤍

That 3pm wall you keep hitting? It's often your body asking for actual fuel, not another coffee.

Most women over 40 are still eating like they did at 25. Toast for breakfast, a light lunch, then wondering why the afternoon falls apart.

From around 40 we start gradually losing muscle, and declining oestrogen speeds that up. The answer is more protein, spread across the day. A mug of warm broth mid-afternoon is one of the easiest top-ups there is.

Savoury, steadying, and it carries you through to dinner instead of the biscuit tin.

Try it this week and tell me how you go.

Nobody hands you a manual when you hit your forties.

One day you're going along as usual, and then the sleep gets patchy, your joints start commenting on the weather, and your body seems to be playing by a different set of rules than it did at 35.

If that sounds familiar, you're likely somewhere in perimenopause. And while no single food fixes it (be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise), what you eat during this season genuinely matters.

Here's what's going on underneath: as oestrogen declines, collagen production drops with it. Your skin, joints, tendons and gut lining all feel it. That's exactly where a daily mug of slow simmered bone broth earns its place. It supplies collagen, protein and gut-supporting amino acids at the life stage your body needs more of all three.

Quick quality check if you're buying broth: it should gel in the fridge. That wobble is the collagen. If it pours like water when cold, it's not doing the job.

I've written the full guide on the blog, including how to actually fit broth into your week without it becoming a chore.

You can find the link in the comments.

If you've found your own small ritual that holds everything together in this season, tell me below. I read every comment. 🤍

Before you taste it, you smell it.

The rich aroma. The gentle steam rising from the mug. The promise of something warm, savoury and comforting.

Then comes the first sip.

Deep flavour. A satisfying mouthfeel. The kind of nourishment that feels less like a health routine and more like a moment you'll actually look forward to.

Because food as medicine shouldn't taste like medicine.

A room full of women in business choosing growth over comfort.
Connection over competition.
And showing up for themselves even when life already feels full.

That’s the kind of energy you can’t fake.

Today’s meetup was a reminder of why this community matters so much.
Honest conversations.
Big vision.
Nervous-system-safe spaces.
Women cheering for each other instead of sizing each other up.

No pretending.
No pressure.
Just real connection and women remembering they don’t have to do life - or business - alone.

So grateful for every woman who walked through the door today.
You made the room what it was.

When the PR team wants to say "carefully crafted functional nourishment" but the social team just says what we're all thinking. 😅

Warm. Salty. Comforting. Basically a regulated nervous system in a mug. 🍵

Our Free Range Chicken Bone Broth - same recipe, same love, two very different ways of explaining it.
