Bit of an update.
Time has come for the Bloke to retire.(Recent hand surgery played a part)
What originally started as a desire to cold smoke some cheese over 12 years ago after buying a cold smoke generator from the USA, which only did half of what it promised, and very poorly too I might add, put me on a mission to design and build one to do
what I considered it should.
Smoke quickly with minimal heat associated.
Simplicity, durability, functionality and being 100% Australian made the main focus. And one that will perform in our Australian climate.
With a few prototypes along the way, we eventually got it. We had 6 prototypes in fact.
I called it 'The evolution of The Bloke'.
We've thoroughly enjoyed 12 years of cold smoking and supplying what we and our customers consider the best, and only Aussie made cold smoke generator on the planet.
Whilst we only have a few left, once they're gone, the Bloke will be retired.
We've loved every smoky minute.
We'd like to thank all our wonderful customers and supporters over the journey.
And yes wood chips will still be available.
