Chef Kevin Conway brings a four course shared menu-layered, expressive, and built for connection.

Each course is paired with Circulus wines, exploring balance, contrast, and flavour in dialogue.

Hosted by Circulus winemaker John, guiding guests through each wine and the story behind the cellar.

Set alongside the Barwon River, this is a relaxed yet refined evening of food, wine, and storytelling.
