Meet Carmen, our FOH weapon.
Always smiling, always positive, and no job too big or too hard.
When she’s not smashing it on the floor, she’s either underwater diving or off on a road trip in her van. 🤿🚐

Croquetas 🇪🇸

Although their origins can be traced back to France, croquetas quickly became a beloved staple of Spanish cuisine.

In Spain, croquetas are much more than a simple snack. They’re tradition. That kind of food that brings family and friends together, around the table or at the tapas bar.

We’re very lucky to have our Head Chef, David, who is a true master of the croquetas.
