🐹💚 We have some very special visitors at Sparrow Early Learning Karana Downs! 💚🐹

Thank you to Dragon Fields Farm for kindly bringing two adorable guinea pigs to stay with us! The children have been so excited to welcome our new furry friends and are already enjoying opportunities to observe, care for and learn about them.
Our Kindergarten friends also received some very special snail mail from Dragon Fields Farm! 📮 Inside was a wonderful collection of resources designed to inspire both children and educators to see possibilities instead of waste. These thoughtful materials will encourage creativity, sustainability and open-ended exploration as we continue embedding environmentally responsible practices into our everyday learning.

👜 A Sew-per Fun Day!

Farmer Megan joined us for a creative day of giving old fabrics a new life.
Our Pre-Kindy children made their very own tote bags, while our Kindy children created special library bags for their big adventure starting school next year.

We love turning old things into something new! 🌿
