🎬 Free David Attenborough Movie Night – This Friday 🎬

Join Save Our Marine Life and Whitsunday Conservation Council for a FREE screening of OCEAN with David Attenborough this Friday evening at the Airlie Beach Foreshore.

🌦️ Weather update: If conditions are not suitable, the event will be moved to the Whitsunday Sailing Club. A final decision will be made by midday Friday – please check back here for updates.

🌊 About the film:
After seven decades filming the natural world, Sir David Attenborough shares his most important message of hope in this powerful documentary. Journey beneath the surface to discover why ocean recovery is vital for our climate and our future.

After the film, hear from Melanie Audrey (The Pew Charitable Trusts) and Faye Chapman (Whitsunday Conservation Council) on the role of marine sanctuaries and what we can do locally to protect our oceans.
