Two years of the Palawa Business Hub

It was an absolute honour to be asked to make a cake and cupcakes to celebrate the Palawa Business Hub.

The work they have done and are continuing to do to help Aboriginal business start and grow is amazing and something to be extremely proud of.

* Marble Cake filled with mixed berry Swiss meringue buttercream and mixed berry coulis

* Vanilla & Raspberry cupcakes topped with caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate shavings

* Coconut cupcake filled with mango curd and topped with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and toasted coconut
