A vibrant Spanish rosé from the vineyards of Alpera, Albacete, made from 100% Tempranillo. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness and aromas, then gently fermented without the skins at a low temperature to create its beautiful salmon-pink colour. 🩷
On the nose, expect cherry and raspberry, while the palate is fresh, fruity, balanced and beautifully smooth, with a lingering finish. Best served chilled at 10–12°C. Perfect alongside fresh seafood, light dishes and sunny afternoons. Finca Fella
