We're doing small group classes so you can learn not just how to smoke a brisket, but even make your own cornbread, southern side items, chicken fried steak, enchiladas, chile rellenos, pecan pie and much more. When we cover BBQ, we approach it through regional traditions and less known styles not usually taught in Australia. Learn hands-on in heated and air conditioned comfort with access to the commercial kitchen, our 1900 litre commercial smoker as well as a variety of pellet smokers and grills.
