While the main man is away, Kat will play! Trying some new sausage flavours and improving some old ones.
House made just for you, so enjoy! (Just ignore my linking, it's usually tidier then this 🤪)

-Cumberland, a British favourite 🇬🇧

-Chicken, cheese, chive and jalapeno. A little sweet, a little cheesey and a little spicy. Our new favourite! 🌶

-Lean and mean continental beef and pork in mild or slightly spicy 🌶

-Improved Worcestershire and cracked pepper. We upped the anti here.

-Toulouse: pork, white wine, cracked pepper, garlic and parsley. Feeling 🇫🇷 . Ahem.. excuse me . we are ready for our close-up. 😆

Our mince contains NO ❌ preservative or carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen (N2)🧪 which is found in ALL supermarket pre-packed mince.
We make our sausages🌭 here on site with trim from out premium cuts, ensuring you get the best quality and flavour. 👌
Butterflied chooks make for a quick easy mid week meal and come plain or in a variety of marinades. Just pop them on a sheet pan with some chopped veg for 40 minutes in a roasting oven 🍗 or steam some greens and serve with 90sec rice and dinner is served!🥘
We cut our own schnitzels from excellent chemical and hormone free chicken breast 🐔 and then crumb by hand. So juicy and so good, perfect with gravy or in a burger🍔
Can't beat a good home made sausage roll. Only 40 minutes from frozen in the oven and they make a great cold lunch on the run or if the kids are looking for something a bit different in the lunch box. 🍱
