2022 Syrah new vintage release

“Hand crafted from premium estate grown fruit, vines planted 1991, PT23 clone. Wild yeast fermented, 7% whole bunch, hand plunged and 32 days on skins. Matured in old French oak, unfined and unfiltered. Sustainable viticulture and natural gravity flow sustainable winemaking. 1,080 vines produced 1,733 bottles. Fruit yield 1.5t/acre. Estate bottled.

Vineyard pruning complete with the start of a new growing season not far away, a nice amount of clover running through the vineyard to provide a great source of nitrogen for the vines. 🍇🍷

Sustainable viticulture and natural gravity flow winemaking. 2,080 vines produced 2,045 bottles. Fruit yield 1.3t/Ha. Estate bottled.
