💪🍨 FRUSTARD x RSPT FITNESS FAMILY 🍨💪

There are some communities you become part of… and then there are communities that become part of you. ❤️

For us, RSPT Fitness Family is definitely the latter.

What Renee has created at RSPT is something really special. It’s not just a gym. It’s a community where everyone’s journey is celebrated — the good days, the bad days, the days you smash a goal and the days simply getting through the door is an achievement.

Renee has an incredible way of making every person feel supported, encouraged and proud of how far they’ve come. She sees the journey, not just the result, and the community she has built around that philosophy is absolutely incredible. 🫶

And we are so grateful for the support and opportunities Renee and the RSPT Fitness Family have given Frustard too. From welcoming us into their community to giving us opportunities to be part of their events, they have supported our little business in ways that mean more than they probably realise. 🍨❤️

So now it’s our turn to give a little love back!

📣 RSPT FITNESS FAMILY COMMUNITY OPEN DAY 📣
📍 Rathmines
🕗From 9am
📅 This Saturday, 5th September
💪 Come down, meet the crew, check out the gym and experience the RSPT community for yourself!

If you’ve been sitting on the fence about joining a gym… this is your sign. 🙌

Come and see what RSPT is really about. No judgement, no matter where you’re starting from — just a bunch of incredibly supportive people, an amazing community and a coach who genuinely cares about every single person she works with.

And of course… Frustard will be there! 🍨❤️

Come say hi, grab yourself a Frozen Custard & Coffee and support an amazing local community that has supported us so much.

Stronger together. ❤️💪🍨

☕ We're Back! ☕

The coffee machine is fired up and we're back serving your favourite coffee to help warm up these chilly mornings.

Unfortunately, one of us was feeling under the weather, so we took a few days to rest and recover. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—it really means a lot.

Now we're back, refreshed, and ready to pour your morning coffee. Come say hello and grab a cup! 🤎

See you soon! ☕❄️
