I’m also incredibly grateful to my wife, Alyce, for her unwavering support throughout this journey.

At the heart of everything we do are our vineyards, inspiring us year after year to produce wines that speak of place, season and vintage.

2025 Citrea Riesling — Lucas’ nod to his homeland of Alsace.⁠

Ripe, aromatic Riesling barrel fermented and built with texture, drive and serious length. A wine that continues to turn heads, showing just how beautifully Riesling can also shine on the Mornington Peninsula.⁠

A little throwback to our final picking day a couple of weeks back 🍇⁠

Our Citrea Riesling coming off the Kayes Vineyard in Red Hill — and patience definitely paid off. After holding out for these golden berries to fully ripen, the flavour coming through is very exciting!⁠

Thanks to the windy nature of the site and the cooler conditions this season, we’ve also held onto some beautiful natural acidity. Bright, vibrant and full of energy. Citrea 2026… look out ✨🍋🍷⁠

Our first Pinot Gris in the making! ⁠
⁠
2026 saw the pick up for a new vineyard lease in Balnarring which is home to 4 acres of Pinot Gris and 2 acres of Pinot Noir so we thought it was time to make a Pinot Gris! We’ll need to start thinking of a new name...⁠

The final press clean 🍇⁠
2026 vintage is officially complete.⁠
⁠
With the final press of our Shiraz and Red Hill Pinot today, all of this year’s wines are now tucked away in their tanks and barrels, ready to settle in over winter.⁠
⁠
From the first pick (March 17) to the last press (May 8), it’s been quiet an unpredictable season but we are excited for what’s unfolded and can’t wait to see how our wines mellow out over winter 🍷❄️⁠
