A Taste of Spain at Morning Sun.

Join us Friday 6 November for a Spanish-inspired long lunch at Morning Sun Vineyard, Main Ridge.

Chef Bernard McCarthy brings Spain to the table with Basque pintxos, seafood and spring vegetable paella, and caramel orange flan – paired with a spritzy Tinto de Verano and w**es from the Foxeys and Morning Sun cellar.

Looking for lunch on the Peninsula? Take a little detour to our sister venue, Morning Sun Vineyard in Main Ridge. 🍷
Open Thursday–Sunday, 11am–5pm for lunch and w**e. Bookings aren’t essential, but you can if you like.
And while you’re there, keep an eye out for the 2025 Morning Sun Ramato – our skin-contact Pinot Grigio with that gorgeous coppery-pink colour. A little texture, plenty of freshness and a whole lot of personality.

Lunch with a view

The weatherman is promising a good, GOOD Friday – and honestly, we’re inclined to believe him.

If you’re heading down the Peninsula, make a little detour to Foxeys. Good food, good w**e, vines doing their thing and a view that does a lot of the heavy lifting.

Our $49 Leave It To Us menu means you can sit down, let us take care of lunch, and concentrate on the important stuff – like deciding whether you’re having one glass of w**e or the bottle.

Looking for somewhere to escape the weather today?

Head up the road to our sister venue, Morning Sun Vineyard in Main Ridge.

There’s plenty of indoor seating, so you can settle in for a long lunch overlooking the vines – with Italian-inspired shared plates, estate-grown w**es and the $59 Leave It To Us menu.

Basically… you can still have a very good day out on the Peninsula, even when the weather has other ideas. 🍷

Morning Sun is open Thursday–Sunday for lunch and w**e tastings.

Our team at Foxeys will put the grills back on tomorrow from 11am. Don't forget to visit us over the weekend after your w**e tasting.
