We are a boutique wine producer on the Mornington Peninsula, started in 2009 by Dan Buckle and Aaron Drummond when both were working together at Mount Langi Ghiran. At Circe we are interested in aromatics, red fruits and medium body in our Pinot Noir. To achieve this, we make our wine from some of the coldest vineyards on Red Hill. We also use traditional techniques like whole bunch fermentation t

o further enhance the aromatics and balance in our wine. While in time we want to be recognised as one of the world’s best Pinot Noir producers….for the moment we are loving the freedom to push the boundaries (and people’s perceptions) on what great wine should be.
