Open every Saturday & 1st Sunday of month and public hol w/ends Nestled in the valley among the gum trees, our Vineyard, Winery and Cellar door provide a rustic backdrop for a relaxing afternoon, enjoying our selection of wines on a unique deck, or in the cooler months, by the chiminea. Ed’s winemaking philosophy is one of minimal handling with little pumping of musts or wine and all wines are minimally fined and filtered.

Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc – The Chieftain’s Baird is a clean, light straw pour with fresh-cut grass, a savoury umami lift and a strong citrus spine.

There’s a little passionfruit, plenty of length, and a refreshing finish that makes it a beautiful aperitif-style wine — especially alongside sharp, spicy foods.

Wine tasting doesn’t need to feel complicated. 🍷
Start by looking at the colour, then give the glass a gentle swirl and take in the aroma before your first sip.

From there, notice what you actually enjoy. Is it fresh and bright? Soft and smooth? Fruity, savoury, light, textured or bold?
Your palate matters, and there’s no right or wrong answer. Wine is meant to be enjoyed, not overthought.
