Deviiine vibes. Bickie base banana cake filled with dulce de leche. Topped with Vanilla buttercream. Chocolate & caramel drizzle. Bannofie 🤤🧡

So rich and chocolatey, definitely moorish! Soft textured with chocolate chewiness throughout. Reka Treats Brownies 🤎

Profiteroles. Delicate & light, yet rich in flavours. Choux pastry puff, filled with Creme Diplomat. Candied caramel on top.

Hey Treatlovers! Take a leaf out of my book...

🎂😱🚮😅 you're probably thinking why didn't you just use baking paper!?

Well...This is your reminder from your friendly neighbourhood baker 😆 to take a breath, take a break & do not rush the process. Even if your 30minute bake turned into 3 hours. Or else this might be you, mucking up a process you can do with your eyes shut haha.

I personally use a home made bake goop rather than baking paper. With the correct amount, the results are simply perfect.

NZ Cookie-times were an absolute FAVE growing up!
Theres so many cookie recipes,
goodness the overwhelm is real!

BUT look no further, if you want that NZ Aotearoa COOKIE-TIME flava, no teka, this is the recipe i use.

🗝🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 - Keys to cracking this recipe -
• Measuring...To get correct measurements, spoon your flour into your cup rather than scooping and over-packing...digital scales are best.
• Chill that dough...It doesn't have to be overnight like most cookie recipes, but enough to make the dough balls hard to touch.l without denting..roughly 1.5-2hrs for me.

• RECIPE •

Butter 225g
3/4C sugar 150g
3/4C brown sugar 110g
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs 90g
2 1/2C flour 385g
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
1C Chocolate 400g Dark&Milk choc for the O.G Cookie-time mix!
