🏆 A very special first year at Berri Golf Club
What a way to finish our son’s first year, playing in the Berri Golf Club Championship. ⛳️
At just 14 years old, he took on the challenge of his first Club Championship and came away Runner Up, after a fantastic match-up with Bryce. What a great battle and such a memorable experience for him.
But looking at this photo, it’s the bigger picture that really makes us smile.
To be part of a championship alongside golfers spanning generations, with our 14-year-old the youngest competitor, and Glenis and Chris both still competing at 80 years young.
14 to 80. What a privilege to be part of that. ❤️⛳️
That’s a little piece of Berri Golf Club history right there, and one we feel very lucky to have witnessed.
We’re so grateful to be part of such a wonderful club and golf community. The friendships, encouragement, sportsmanship and sense of belonging are what make days like this so special.
And a big shout-out to Todd and Jess for manning the fort at work today while we were able to be there and cheer our boy on. We appreciate you both! ❤️
