Coal River Valley Lamb We produce hormone free, fat lambs, on lush pasture in a peaceful & stress free environment realised in the taste of our meat, which is tender & succulent.

We have been producing fat lambs since 2014, when we moved with our two young children to our farm set on 155 acres of pasture and bushland in the beautiful Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania. The welfare of our animals is paramount and with only 150 head of sheep, we can care for our livestock, almost on an individual basis. Our sheep are happy and content, rotated on paddocks of Lucerne and

grass to ensure our sheep have lush pasture to graze on and thrive in a peaceful and stress free environment. This is realised in the taste of our meat, which is tender and succulent. Our lamb is prepared on farm, using the highest quality standards, with absolute respect paid to the animal. The meat is hung for a week to improve and concentrate the flavour before being cut into traditional cuts for your convenience.
